What else do you need to know about trading-in?
- With both Cisco and non-Cisco competitive equipment is valid (e.g. migrating from a Nortel PBX to a Cisco IPT solution). Equipment from Cisco, Nortel, Avaya, Siemens, 3Com, Alcatel, HP, Mitel etc. can be traded-in.
- The level of discount varies by the exact equipment type - our account manager will advise of the discount available against the customer kit being traded-in.
- This is a great offer for customers getting a refresh of Cisco or non-Cisco equipment.
- This offer is always available (i.e. not a limited time offer).
What do I do next?
- Contact your account manager to discuss the business / technology challenges you face
- Your account manager will contact our Convergence Team who will prepare a proposal for you
- Provide us with an inventory of the equipment you wish to trade in*
- Your account manager will work with Cisco to ascertain the discount available should you wish to go ahead.
- Upon contract signature, BT will design and implement your new solution.
- You simply put aside the equipment for trade-in and BT will arrange for Cisco to come to your site and collect the equipment as per the agreed inventory.
